Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning Package is a service designed for clients who have already started planning their event but need professional support to refine the details, fill in the gaps, and ensure everything comes together smoothly — especially in the final months leading up to the big day. Beginning four months prior to the event.
Includes:
Unlimited consultation meetings with the couple to review wedding planning details and vendor information.
Unlimited communication from contract signing up until the wedding date via email, text, and telephone.
Dedicated client portal containing all planning docs and worksheets.
Creation of a mood board to assist with wedding theme and style/colour development and incorporation of personal touches.
Recommendations and assistance with tying together florals, décor, stationery, and other wedding details, to bring together the overall vision of your event.
Vendor research, recommendations and referrals for three categories of your choice (i.e. photography, florals, decor, etc.)
Vendor selection assistance based on budget, style and personality, including quote review and negotiations.
Provide expertise with floor plan creation.
Final venue walkthrough to finalize details.
Onsite direction of wedding rehearsal.
Review of all vendor contracts and assistance with monitoring wedding budget and the allocation of funds to each category based on the couple’s priorities.

Month-Of Wedding Coordination
We provide the expertise you need to seamlessly pull the day together so you can relax and just think about one thing, getting married! This package includes thorough consultations, timeline creation, vendor communication and contract review, onsite and more!
Includes:
Consultation meetings within the 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Unlimited communication from contract signing up until the wedding date via email and text.
Dedicated client portal containing all planning docs and worksheets.
Completion of wedding day itinerary to be shared with the couple and vendors prior to the wedding.
Coordination and orchestration of the wedding rehearsal
Communication and follow-up with vendors during the month leading up to your wedding to build the itinerary and confirm details.
One or Two Wedding Coordinators onsite the day of the wedding.
Final venue walkthrough to finalize details.
On-site coordination and supervision of wedding ceremony and reception in conjunction with the venue and vendors.
Vendor management and coordination onsite the day of the event, to include managing the arrival and setup of the venue space by external vendors and venue.

From layout considerations to styling guidance, we make sure nothing feels mismatched, overlooked, or out of place — so when you walk into your reception, it feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably you.
This service bridges the gap between planning and execution, giving you confidence that your wedding will not only run smoothly, but look incredible doing it.
