Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning Package is a service designed for clients who have already started planning their event but need professional support to refine the details, fill in the gaps, and ensure everything comes together smoothly — especially in the final months leading up to the big day. Beginning four months prior to the event.
Includes:
Unlimited consultation meetings with the couple to review wedding planning details and vendor information.
Unlimited communication from contract signing up until the wedding date via email, text, and telephone.
Dedicated client portal containing all planning docs and worksheets.
Creation of a mood board to assist with wedding theme and style/colour development and incorporation of personal touches.
Recommendations and assistance with tying together florals, décor, stationery, and other wedding details, to bring together the overall vision of your event.
Vendor research, recommendations and referrals for three categories of your choice (i.e. photography, florals, decor, etc.)
Vendor selection assistance based on budget, style and personality, including quote review and negotiations.
Provide expertise with floor plan creation.
Final venue walkthrough to finalize details.
Onsite direction of wedding rehearsal.

Month-Of Wedding Coordination
We provide the expertise you need to seamlessly pull the day together so you can relax and just think about one thing, getting married! This package includes thorough consultations, timeline creation, vendor communication and contract review, onsite and more!
Includes:
Consultation meetings beginning four months prior to your wedding date, providing ongoing support, planning guidance, and preparation for a seamless wedding day.
Unlimited communication from contract signing up until the wedding date via email and text.
Dedicated client portal containing all planning docs and worksheets.
Completion of wedding day itinerary to be shared with the couple and vendors prior to the wedding.
Coordination and orchestration of the wedding rehearsal.
Communication and follow-up with vendors during the months leading up to your wedding to build the itinerary and confirm details.
One or Two Wedding Coordinators onsite the day of the wedding.
Final venue walkthrough to finalize details.
Up to 12 hours of professional wedding day oversight, ensuring a thoughtfully executed celebration from the first vendor arrival through to the evening's key moments. Additional hours may be added as needed.
